Is the quantity too much?

• One person needs 2.1–2.8 kg/week. Our bag is 7–7.5 kg, ideal for 3–4 people.
• Larger families can subscribe to multiple bags.

Will the veggies stay fresh for a week?

• Yes! Delivered within 12 hours of harvesting—no cold storage involved.
• Still have roots and soil—helps retain nutrients.

Can I customize quantity & variety?

Yes! Choose what suits your family’s needs. Mother Nature decides what’s seasonal, but we allow full flexibility on selection.

Can I visit the farm?

Yes! Farm visits are open Oct 1–Feb 28. Call +91 9159944366 at least 7 days in advance. Weekday slots only (Mon–Fri, 12 PM – 4 PM), minimum 6 people, Rs 1800/person (includes lunch + 1–2 kg of handpicked veggies).

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, in Vandavasi & Delhi. Outside these areas, a delivery fee applies.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to many localities in Vandavasi and Delhi. Message us on WhatsApp if you're outside these zones.

Delivery Days & Timings?

Deliveries on Wednesday & Saturday. 24–48 hours fulfillment (excluding national holidays). Evening delivery preferred.

How do I know my delivery is done?

You’ll receive SMS/email confirmation with tracking ID and delivery notes.

Can I choose my delivery day?

No, each pincode has fixed delivery days for efficient routing. You may pause/skip by writing to Orders@Aathvika.com.
